Food, movement and mindset are my pillars of health. As a mom of two little ones, an INFJ, enneagram 4, Vata-Kapha, heart-on-my-sleeve kind of person, staying grounded is essential for my well being. In times of anxiety, I trust some curry, breath work and a walk out in nature to keep me centered.
I have worked in nutrition, integrative health and Ayurveda for a decade and love to see my clients and community find balance in their bodies, habits and environment.
