1-on-1 health coaching
If you've tried to make positive changes in your health, but felt overwhelmed or confused about where to begin, you're not alone! Together, we can find the path to healing your individual body. I typically spend 4-6 months supporting you bi-weekly either in person or via Skype. These sessions can be the catalyst for life long health and wellness. Together, we will identify any toxicities and deficiencies in your body and gently guide you back into balance. You will gain the knowledge and confidence to better understand your body as it changes and adapts with each season.
workshops
I offer seasonal workshops for small and large groups focusing on Ayurveda, children's health and wellness, and plant Based Cooking. Contact me if you and your group are interested in hosting a workshop.
